At Nuvara, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns.

Replacements If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Include a clear photo showing the issue with the item

Once we review your request, we'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind We do not offer replacements or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
